Why is tee work so important? Tee work is the best way to work on your swing! You can work on all of your different swings. All the major league players and most college players use the tee first thing. It helps them warm up, loosen up, and work on their strengths as well as areas they need to work on. You can move the tee around and work on your all your areas of batting. Below you'll find a graphic that illustrates the different tee placements for all 9 zones.
