Training Programs

The HST is designed to meet each athletes’ individual needs and skill level. Training programs can be modified to reach performance goals.


 

Weekly Programs

Week 1-2 3-5 Times per week, 30 minutes drill & live work, 4oz. per HST
Week 3-4 3-5 Times per week, 30 minutes drill & live work, 8oz. per HST
Week 5-6 3-5 Times per week, 30 minutes drill & live work, 12oz. per HST

 

Pyramid Programs

4oz./5 min ==> 8oz./5 min ==> 12oz./5 min  ==> 16oz./5 min ==> 12oz./5 min ==> 8oz./5 min ==> 4oz./5 min

 

Light/Heavy Programs

4oz./5 min  ==> 12oz./5 min  ==> 4oz./5 min  ==> 12oz./5 min  ==> 4oz./5 min

The HST programs are here to help safely build strength, increase speed and gain the added performance that will take them to the next level.

The coolest part about the HSTs is that they don’t require you to change your practice. You just put them on and go to work through your normal practice routine or take advantage the suggested training programs.

No matter what your sport…if speed and strength are part of higher performance then the new technology of the HSTs will make you better.
