Made of top grade neoprene, the HSTsleeve has two built-­‐in performance slots holding streamlined weights of 4 and 8 ounces. The resistance can be moved from 4oz to 24oz in 4oz adjustments. The ability to increase the resistance of each HSTinsures consistent and safe training environments. The HSTslides easily over the hand and fits securely onto the forearm providing a snug and comfortable fit, just below the elbow.
