How it Works:

Made of top grade neoprene, each HST sleeve has two built-in performance slots holding streamlined weights.

The resistance can be increased from 4oz to 24oz in 4oz adjustments for theHST Reds and 2oz to 12oz in 2oz adjustments for theHST Blues. The ability to increase the resistance of each HSTensures consistent and safe training environments.

The HSTslides easily over the hand and fits securely onto the upper forearm just below the elbow providing a snug and comfortable fit.

Two elastic straps help hold the HSTin place so it does not interfere with wrist and elbow movement.

With the HSTin place, athletesare able to train in virtually every scenario in virtually every sports arena.
